YES, I am offering BOTH options- in-person appointments AND virtual appointments through Zoom. I follow all state and local mask mandate guidelines. Because in-person appointments could increase your risk of contracting covid-19, I will ask that you complete the covid-19 waiver before our first meeting (as part of the initial paperwork).

Virtual options

I offer the option of virtual counseling appointments through the video software tool Zoom.  It is HIPPA compliant, free to download, and easy to use. I have used virtual counseling for many years in my practice and find that my style of therapy works very well in an online format. I will send you easy- to-follow instructions on how to meet with me virtually.
